I’m not sure what is going on at this store, but the staff here is extremely rude. They never smile, and the customer service is consistently disappointing. Today (11/21), the young lady working the back counter handed me my coffee with the lid open. When I went to grab a napkin, she wasn’t helpful and hovered over me. As a result, the coffee slipped and spilled all over me. My coworkers and I often say that management really needs to address these issues and better train their staff. The attitudes here need serious improvement.
