I have been going to this Dunkin loyally for years now, and it is just the best. All the employees are so kind and they are always fast! Please go here if you can, it is wonderful and always clean :)
Tell the young guy in the subway style t shirt to stop wiping his mucus on his hands, not washing them, and continuing to handle food items. If he touches anything I'm going to ask you to remake my food. If you don't remake it I will call Donut West and let them know that this guy can't watch his hands or use a napkin to wipe his nose.

The staff is sometimes nice and polite but the quality of food you get is hit or miss. They always seem to be in a rush even with little people in the store. Donuts are great but if buying less than 6 and it doesn't require a box you'll most likely get donuts shoved in a bag with their toppings smeared all over the place. Food is either undercooked or overcooked so choose wisely. Placing food orders ahead of time (10-15 min before) still does not guarantee you'll have your order ready...even when the store looks empty. Staff in my experience refuse to make eye contact when I go to the pickup area (they saw me walk in) so I have to call out and ask if my order is ready.

Mina fixed my order after a glitch in the app. Orders are always made on time here with a smile.
Beware, store has unreliable closing hours. I placed an order a little after 5, expecting since they closed at 6pm according to their app and store decal. Was brushed off by employees when I arrived at 5:10pm, so had to reach out to customer service.
I've had mixed experiences with this store. It's a good store but operates on its own schedule. If you need something in the middle of their business hours they work pretty well. Mid-mornings (with my experience) usually provide the most reliable service.
They also do have slightly higher prices, though that's pretty transparent in their app and likely based on its proximity to the subway.
TL;DR, decent midday store for getting Dunkin in a pinch, there are others nearby though. If you want something closer to their closing time go to a 24hr store instead.

This one is for the lady behind the mobile pickup counter. I walked in to pick up the 2 coffees I ordered. I asked her for a tray to put the coffees on and she gave me the nastiest look ever!!! I asked her “what’s up with the look?” The tray was right there at the tip of her nose and she looked at me like she doesn’t even know why she had to come to work! Girl if ur that unhappy stay home! Dunkin u need to give your peeps some customer service training. It takes only 1person’s ugly personality to bring your company down. Such an ugly creature!!!!
Does the trick. Doughnuts pricey but worth it. You can plum suck the cream right out of ‘em and fling the emptied husks to the nearby squirrels. Coffee’s good to boot, especially when taken intravenously.

Bagel tasted like burnt plastic and rubber. I feel so bad for wasting so much money here.
Sort of a strange seating situation and everyone seems to be on the phone through AirPods while working. Drinks were filled 3/4 of an inch from the brim.
