The service here is top-tier trash. They will upcharge you for things you didn’t ask for and then argue you down about it. They will also “conveniently” forget to ask you if you want your receipt; they’ll throw it in the garbage instead. Pay attention to your charges. They’re running a shady business of unnecessary upcharges, ridiculous wait times, and top-tier disorganization.

THEY SELL MOLDY DONUTS. As if getting moldy donuts wasn't bad enough, they also overcharged me for a box of Munchkins. Was listed as $20, charged me $28.28.

Just left this place. With my two dunkin wrap got to my office just to find out that they did not cook my wrap at all how you serving cold food this place is unprofessional I will contact my lawyer. over there. Trying to poison people have them have food poisoning. This is so unacceptable do better

11/13/24 at approximately 4pm: This Dunkin establishment is embarrassing. A mentally unwell person cut my husband in line and the best judgement was to just let it happen. They made an order without paying and went over to the pickup area, giggling and saying obscene things. The woman with glasses at the register made the wild assumption that my husband would be covering the costs of that person. He stated that he was only paying for his order and had simply let that person in front of him, although not really by choice. The woman proceeded to raise her voice, repeatedly arguing and calling him a liar. She eventually gives in after I jumped in and insisted on canceling our order. “Now he’s going to be a problem.” This is completely absurd and unprofessional. It is not the responsibility of customers to handle issues that occur within or around your business, especially potentially dangerous ones. Based on the reviews, it seems that this establishment has a long history of mistreating paying customers. We will no longer be returning.

If I can give this Dunkin zero stars , I definitely would.
I was at this particular Dunkin, I was treated very poorly. My receipt was not given to me which caused a confusion with another customer. I ordered the maple bacon sandwich and the woman ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. As they called out my order the woman comes and says it’s her , making the worker snatch the bag out of my hand. The worker did not want to give me my order and continues to say where is your receipt. I explained that I did not receive any receipt and that I ordered the maple bacon sandwich. So as I grabbed the bag the worker proceeded to snatch it again and hand it to the other woman. I felt as it was a race card thing due to me being of color and the other woman being caucasian.
It is upsetting as I usually come to this Dunkin.
I am highly disappointed with how I was treated.

I paid for my meal through the app using one of my rewards. The lady at the store said they dont accept rewards, refused to give me my food, then called the cops. Indian lady who said shes the manager in the mornings on Thursdays!!

I ordered a latte with almond milk, but I guess the cashier didn’t hear almond milk. When my drink came out, I was told I didn’t pay the extra charge so I can’t get almond milk. I figured it might have just been a language barrier, and I really don’t mind paying the charge (I always pay the charge, I just didn’t check the receipt after I ordered, because why would I) so I just said I can pay for it now since it’s just a mistake. For some reason this really triggered the cashier? She came up to me was being really weird and aggressive, and said I have to take the drink. Mind you we’re at the port authority bus terminal 😂 so no I can’t drink whole milk before my bus ride with no bathroom.

I don’t yell in public, and I was talking calmly while this cashier was yelling at me. To top it off she has a line of customers waiting to order, but she chose to waste energy on being “right” when she made the mistake.

The manager ultimately came out and said it’s not a problem. I got my almond milk drink but I’m not sure why common sense and decency isn’t more common. I am a really chill person!!

Overcharge.$8.18 for large ice latte - when I said matcha he told me no matcha. When I said regular size he charged me large.? When I said whole milk he took oat milk. Staff also charged me for whipped cream but they did not put it in my cup….. ? smh what’s the benefit of charging extra $2 on me????
