I felt forced to buy something I didn’t want to. I asked what an item was and I had to repeat myself more than seven times. The lady behind the counter seemed to not understand a single word I was saying. And put an item in my bag that I originally did not want nor order. The guy who I think is the manager is amazing! I come here all the time and this was my first negative experience.

I don’t usually write a review, but very disappointed withy the food I order online.I used the mobile app to order 3 eggs and cheese, 1 on everything bagel and two on cEverything bagel was soggy, hard and very disgusting. Very disappointed with the food, given the inflation price was extremely high for this part of the city. It seems they used bagels from weeks old batch.
