Despite the negative reviews and mind you I only came in for a coffee because it was raining but the employee made me fresh coffee and it was actually perfectly done to my liking and that’s the only thing I’m basing this review off of.

Horrible food. Ordered classic donut, which is mid to be fair, nothing too wrong, was served cold but it’s not freshly made anyways. Also ordered mangonada, most regretted decision in my life, tastes like regular mango smoothie but someone accidentally spilled half bottle of industrial purposed salt into it. Couldn’t finish the second sip and have to toss it with tears.

I am BEYOND Mortified after finding A COCKROACH in my Hot Chocolate. I have been trying to stop myself from crying every time i think about what happed. Explanation Below !
I purchase a hot chocolate & toasted croissant as I usually do. I walked three minutes to work as I took a sip of my hot chocolate a few times Got to work and opened up my cup so I can dip my toasted croissant inside of the hot chocolate I found the nastiest discovery Floating in my drink !!!
Disgusted I immediately went back to the Dunkin’ Donuts to get a refund for this chocolate when I got there the associate was rude and didn’t really care about what happened to me Refund and I left and continue to call customer service
When I spoke with customer service they got me in contact with the lead manager of that particular Dunkin’ Donuts. After telling him everything I’ve been through he offered me a free meal from Dunkin’ Donuts as if I would ever eat from their disgusting establishment ever again in my life.
A day or two later, I And seen they had an exterminator inside the establishment however, the ice cream was still inside on display for people to eat disgusting
Please do yourselves your families, kids and loved ones a favor and stay away from this disgusting establishment.

I felt forced to buy something I didn’t want to. I asked what an item was and I had to repeat myself more than seven times. The lady behind the counter seemed to not understand a single word I was saying. And put an item in my bag that I originally did not want nor order. The guy who I think is the manager is amazing! I come here all the time and this was my first negative experience.
