Workers here dont care at all, walk in for a mobile order made 10 minutes ago, they claim theyre making it, all the while its sitting there getting cold because a single employee cant get off their phone for more than 2 seconds to even acknowledge a customer. Once the food arrives, if its anything close to what you ordered, it will either be raw or the consistency of the bottom of a shoe. No one here cares about anything from customer service to serving edible food. Its actually a mystery how this location or any dunkin stays open. If you like dog food, or any variation of food that tastes and looks like it was 3D printed, this is the best place for you. If you want to waste money and time trying to get something that remotely resembles food. This is the olace for you

Bad service the manager he don't know what is doing i order double expresso with hot half and half i payed i get the cold order i tell the manager to make hot he tell me i can't do it hot will be extra money I tell him Okey no problem he tell me I can't do hot half and half with expresso so why they didn't tell me frim beginning i end up to not take my wrong, bad order the manager have bad attitude he don't know how dealing with customer bad service he can't manager store like this so bad service and management i will call my bank to refund my money

This is my go-to Dunkin near work, and I always have a great experience. Medhat always remembers me and my name, which is really nice. My order is always exactly how I want it, which if you know Dunkin, is not always the case at every single location. Thank you guys for the consistency!!! Big fan :)

Everytime i eat something from here it is slop, the hashbrowns are green or uncooked half the time, and the sandwiches taste like theyve been sprayed with disinfectant. Every time i eat from this location i feel sick and then i somehow make the mistake again and pay the price. Have had horrible quality food from here thats either burnt or undercooked. Not worth wasting your time, youll have to return your order at least twice before its made remotely right

This is by far the best Dunkin I’ve been to! I come here all the time, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. My orders are always made exactly how I like them, which isn’t something I can say about other locations. They actually take the time to make my coffee and drinks right. I appreciate the consistency and the great service.
