They are very fast BUT ... the guy thst's allowed to hang out in front, opening the door for customers is unnerving. During COVID 2020, he was there. I did slip him $ a few times. He now acts like this is his job. If I see him outside, I won't go in. Today, I placed an order for a neighbor by mobile & he was there. He is almost always there. He is never threatening or anything like that. I can understand the employees can't say anything because they might fear retaliation. I hoped that reporting it might be helpful.

Medhat and the whole team is amazing! I spent a year in NYC and this was the best Dunkin I have ever been to! Not only did they connect with me since I was there every morning before work but I observed as they greeted other regulars and asked about details in their life. Such a great atmosphere, and I really felt like they cared about me and my business. I have now moved away and I doubt I’ll ever find a crew like this. I’ll miss you guys and thank you for everything!!
I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and jam received one bagel with nothing and one was half everything bagel and half sesame .. nasty lady working there seemed to hate her job ..
