No eat in, so nothing to review there but anytime I've gone they certainly push you through but to receive what you ordered is a different story, coffee is not bad. BUT my niece once wanted the breakfast croissant, I said fine. We get outside and it was a breakfast croissant "bite" literally. You know those pillsbury crescent dough croissants, I'm not sure it was even that size. Anyway, I'm a Haagen Daz girl, but my corner shop was closed and I had a bit of a sore throat so being lazy, I went to Dunkin. Joke on me, I bought the smallest cup, I don't remember how much it was but they literally put the ice in ice cream! I mean hospital ice chips ice, gross. How can you sell ice cream and not have the correct freezer temp? Haagen Daz punished me for my disloyalty.

I was like well I didn't ask for ketchup. Then 3 min walk to give my client her breakfast sandwich. She couldn't even eat it cuz the croissant was like a hockey puck..

The strawberry donuts are very good. The girl who helped us was amazing.
I show lots of pity to minimum wage workers, but these employees were super rude. They weren’t nice to my friend while he tried ordering ice cream. They berated him to purchase the item after him not knowing what he wanted to get. After asking them to stop pushing they used foul language towards me and my friends. The floor was super dirty and the tables weren’t clean. I understand it wasn’t their fault because others left it there but they had so many employees behind the counter. After asking them how much something cost they screamed at us saying we weren’t purchasing anything and they were going to put us in jail. I believe that they over exaggerated everything. We have already let HR know about this and called the cops on them multiple times. Please never ever go to this place.
