A horrible experience every single time! Asma is racist and discriminatory against lgbtq+ people. I spoke with management about her poor performance and choice of verbiage when interacting with customers. She should be fired! Also, the receipt has 225 W 108th when that’s not the address at all. It’s 2800 broadway.

Workers don't know what they suppose to serve (the menu is above you) and they overcharge. Also when I'm waiting to order, the only 2 employees there ignore me and kept sweeping the floor and another wiping down counters.

This Dunkin is so, so bad. It doesn't matter if you order in store or by mobile app, it will take forever to get your order. I thought the service would get better over time as they have now been on the neighborhood for months now, but it's pretty disappointing.

They are not actually opened at 5 am please do not make the mistake I made. I order on the mobile app breakfast at 6:20 am because I had to be to school. When I went to the store to pick up my order they weren’t open. There were no lights on no indication that it was open. Please fix your hours.

The total price I ordered was $8.25. I paid the full amount with cash. But the cashier voided one of my orders and just put the number of the $3.04 into the register. I also got the receipt that was charged $3.04. I got everything I ordered but It's just weird to see. Hope the money goes to the right place ?♂️

They got the order completely wrong. It was a mobile order, so there couldn’t have been any miscommunication. Didn’t call out the order when it was ready nor did they place it on the mobile order pickup. Just left it on the counter. Had to ask them where my order was to get it, COLD! Two others who had walked into the store had their order messed up too! If the employees paid more attention to the drinks at a busy time then just chatting up in the corner, the drinks would be made right.
