Great place, unfortunatelly you have to eat standing up, no place to sit, which is very inconvenience, since you walk around NY all day and want a place to sit for a bit while you eat.

Morning staff two people are so rude specially one girl, I ordered 30,time from same location,the same thing without egg, this time she tell me something be ,that I did this thing today, not nxt time, I even put tip, but she is the one so unprofessional and no respect with the words,very ve bad experience with morning staff, she will definitely makes other co worker also negative. i am very dehydrated and they charged me for a cup of water with my order. I can see charging for just water but i bought food so it just really hurt my feelings. $1 for a cup of water. That means every drink is really $1 less if you bring your own cup in.

I wouldn't waste my time, even to give them a star. The cashier Ahmed, completely messed up my order. I had to say twice what I wanted. But, he was nice to someone else. Completely disrespectful to me. I think all these people who gave them 5 stars, are friends or family members of them.

Overall a mid place. Service is weak - employees are lazy to even put out the order properly on a tray where mobile orders are awaiting. Burgers are ok - a bit blend but for the fraction of the price it seems doable. 6$ meal deal came in handy though. Their Americano is really good btw

Very great service from Austin and Rahaam. I am a daily iced coffee drinker and any time I see Austin in I’m so happy after mobile ordering cause he always makes them so good! Any other Dunkin I go to usually can be inconsistent. Both were very nice and polite!

They don't know how to make drinks, it's their job but apparently it's up to me to teach them. Made a mistake in the orders, as a result they stole my money. They don't even bother to type an order, never seen that... Plus they are rude and not very hygienic.We can no longer trust anyone, the level of service is rapidly deteriorating. This level of mediocrity should be prohibited by law... In the meantime, run away.

None of them know how to make ice lattes ! Even the manager, first she puts milk and sugar and espresso then the ice !! All their coffees come out like water and milk !!! I have the Dunkin’ Donuts near my house and they make the best ice latte’s!It is a shame Because I work nearby and I love ice lattes from Dunkin!! Not ordering from them anymore!

I did a mobile order for a bagel with butter on rhe side. They gave me a bagel with cream cheese instead. I understood that there was only one person doing orders and the register; however it was written down on the bag.
