Dunkin donuts delivery trucks always blocks hotel parking designated for the hotels near by. When trying to approach the driver we get cursed out. We will continue to complain on all formats until the stores themselves take accountability for employees delivering their goods.

This is by far the worst branch. There were two ladies probably from Bangladesh. We ordered a cereal milk latte and coffee. They didn’t have cereal latte and gave us Dunkalatte which was cheaper but didn’t bother to return us the money. Instead of hot coffee, I got espresso and she forced me to take because she took time to make it. When I said I ordered coffee, she got possed off and started saying something in her language. These ladies must be kicked out.

Ordered a triple mocha frozen coffee, some dude in a suit ran in and took two drinks, including mine. I told the employees there and they were skeptical of me despite me showing them my order. They reluctantly made a regular frozen coffee for me without offering an apology.

Great service but it’s a very small location so it gets crowded. I recommend using the app to pre-order.
The waiter was indifferent and lazy, the restaurant was very dirty, I asked for hot coffee but was given a cold coffee that must have been sitting for ages, the food was disgusting
