This is by far the worst branch. There were two ladies probably from Bangladesh. We ordered a cereal milk latte and coffee. They didn’t have cereal latte and gave us Dunkalatte which was cheaper but didn’t bother to return us the money. Instead of hot coffee, I got espresso and she forced me to take because she took time to make it. When I said I ordered coffee, she got possed off and started saying something in her language. These ladies must be kicked out.

Ordered a triple mocha frozen coffee, some dude in a suit ran in and took two drinks, including mine. I told the employees there and they were skeptical of me despite me showing them my order. They reluctantly made a regular frozen coffee for me without offering an apology.

small cramped area, cozy? No it was claustrophobic.. service was fine. If you called fine being rude raisict and straight up laughing in our faces, two men were working and asked if we were from Guatemala just BECUASE we spoke Spanish, they soon started talking to us in a mocking manner when we finished paying. they overall were making fun of spanish. Assumimg we were from Guatemala
