I dont even write reviews but my experience at this dunkin has ALWAYS been terrible. Everytime I go to this location I leave disappointed. I never get what I ask for, they will make your drink the way THEY want to. Will either gaslight you into thinking they’re giving you what you asked for or give you a whole lotta attitude. On top of that they charge more for the same drink I usually get for much cheaper price at any other location.

I had to ask three times for a cup tray. The guy threw the tray at me and cursed me out. On top of that he made an absolute mess of the food and the cups were covered in various syrups. I get that it's busy but have some class at least.

Friendly service. The iced matcha latte taste bad. Color is very off too. It tastes mainly like milk and it’s like very very pale green, barely any matcha powder. The loaded hash brown taste goods (comes with cheese and bacon bites).
Horrible , usually Dunkin drinks are okay but this location was nasty ! Tasted like really old coffee!

Ordered donuts on the app for pickup. No donuts left in store, just a “not my problem” answer.Sad for everyone after me because it was 4:20pm and they close at 9pm… but they were already out of donuts. Yikes.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've visited this DD on multiple occasions and the staff have no clue what they are doing and my order is always wrong. Is it possible to get every order wrong? Here it's a common thing. 2 avocado toast with bacon, cold brew and a french vanilla medium hot coffee. NO BACON and NOT toasted...to start. Cold brew was iced coffee (yes there's a night difference) and it tastes like French vanilla. Hot coffee was black, no sugar or flavor. DD does not have an elaborate menu AT LEAST get the orders straight. It's not rocket science! (Again, this is a habitual occurence at this location making Starbucks look much more appealing!) Order #8200 in the DD gods are reading this.

Do not get a cake from here. Staff messed up and wrote the wrong thing in icing, despite me writing it on paper at their request, and then blamed me. Would not allow me to get another cake instead, since they already messed up that one. Very rude and kept saying it was my fault somehow. Not worth the stress, just go anywhere else please
