Typical dunkin
Watched a woman berate and humiliate her coworker here, right in front of customers. I felt so bad for the guy. Nobody deserves to work in that environment. On top of that I ordered an unsweetened coffee (I’m a diabetic), and when I tasted it, it tasted a little sweet. I checked in with them to make sure it was unsweetened and assumed maybe the unsweetened flavors had a sugar substitute. However when I was almost finished with the drink I started being able to taste crunchy granules of what was clearly sugar. This is actually dangerous and extremely negligent.
Was running late for a train, what i received wasn't what I ordered. Staff was understanding, helpful and kind and quickly corrected it. Will come here again.

Don’t know his name but a middle aged male black staff who works there in the morning was kind and efficient.
Only cause i was told they don't honor the dunkin app, so i can't get any points and have to spend extra money when i already have money on the app. Last time going there

Jonathan needs a raise ASAP! He’s kind and accommodating. Great sense of humor and great at making iced coffee. Go to the Dunkin Store next door to the old Walgreens store across from NJ Transit & Annie’s Pretzel (I believe that’s what it’s called)

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your store on August 17, 2024, around 8:00 AM.(penn station nyc dunkin)
During my visit, I ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwich. Since this was my first time at Dunkin’( usually I ordered donuts and coffee only), I was unfamiliar with the menu. My bill included two separate entries: one for Bacon, Egg & Cheese and another for Bacon. I initially misunderstood this and thought the additional bacon was a separate item.
When I inquired about this discrepancy with the employee who prepared my order, he made another Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwich, which I did not request. I tried to explain that I was only seeking clarification about the additional bacon entry on my bill. Unfortunately, the employee, who was a lean Black individual, became loud and confrontational, publicly criticizing me for what he perceived as an error on my part.
While I understand that misunderstandings can occur, the employee’s response was both unnecessary and disrespectful. It would have been more appropriate for him to address my concern calmly and professionally, without raising his voice or making assumptions.
I urge you to review this incident and consider appropriate training for your staff to ensure they handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism. Such behavior reflects poorly on your establishment and detracts from the quality of service Dunkin’ aims to provide.
