Out of this world service, kiosks are quick and easy to use. Got my food quickly, and staff were very friendly.

It 5:41 am on the weekend and it's still closed .. supposed to be open at 5am
The guy in the counter is handling very rudely and he even shouted at me where am trying to order and he even shouting at his co worker he can’t even take order properly and yelling at her for not making properly. He don’t have any respect for women and customers very bad treatment. I wanted to pay with my coupons but he refused to scan them and after paying he acting like he’s just donating very very bad behaviour. Don’t ever try to get anything here very worst experience.

Watched a woman berate and humiliate her coworker here, right in front of customers. I felt so bad for the guy. Nobody deserves to work in that environment. On top of that I ordered an unsweetened coffee (I’m a diabetic), and when I tasted it, it tasted a little sweet. I checked in with them to make sure it was unsweetened and assumed maybe the unsweetened flavors had a sugar substitute. However when I was almost finished with the drink I started being able to taste crunchy granules of what was clearly sugar. This is actually dangerous and extremely negligent.
Was running late for a train, what i received wasn't what I ordered. Staff was understanding, helpful and kind and quickly corrected it. Will come here again.
Thanks for the great customer service Mel. 🙏🏾

Fast and friendly.
Don’t know his name but a middle aged male black staff who works there in the morning was kind and efficient.
Only cause i was told they don't honor the dunkin app, so i can't get any points and have to spend extra money when i already have money on the app. Last time going there
Went to order a coffee and a donut and seen a bug crawling I had to walk out
Jonathan needs a raise ASAP! He’s kind and accommodating. Great sense of humor and great at making iced coffee. Go to the Dunkin Store next door to the old Walgreens store across from NJ Transit & Annie’s Pretzel (I believe that’s what it’s called)
Super nice people, and if you've been there a couple of times, they'll remember your order
