Jonathan needs a raise ASAP! He’s kind and accommodating. Great sense of humor and great at making iced coffee. Go to the Dunkin Store next door to the old Walgreens store across from NJ Transit & Annie’s Pretzel (I believe that’s what it’s called)

Chavanté was a great employee & brightened my day. I was annoyed that the establishment had no tip jar. Employees should be compensated. 5 stars for service & food, 0 stars for stupid company policy regarding tip jars.

So I’ve been trying to leave a review for the Dunkin located in Penn Station next door to the Walgreens which is across from the NJT waiting area. This Dunkin location is my FAVORITE!. I’ll travel all the way from Queens, NY or East Orange, NJ for there coffee. But most importantly the customer service ; it’s exceptional! Mamadou ALWAYS has my ice coffee ready to go for my morning commute. He’s so self efficient it’s always puts a smile on my face. He really looks out...
