Literally walked in, got an iced vanilla latte, and the thing straight up tasted like pure vanilla and sugar. Felt like I was drinking a blended cupcake. Hands down the worst iced latte I’ve had in my life.

I've been drinking Dunkin coffee for 30 years. This location is my go-to when I'm working. All employees are great, with the exception of the man that works the Monday 7pm shift. He refuses to add sugar to my coffee, and even now that I order over the app, he figured out it was me and lets me go on without sugar in my coffee. In all these years I never encountered a staff member so rude and petty. I will go to a different location from here on, even though it really messed up my day. Such a shame.

They close early whenever they feel like it because just tying a trash bag around the handles and pretending they cant see any customers outside

They are always fast and the dounts taste fresh.
