Literally walked in, got an iced vanilla latte, and the thing straight up tasted like pure vanilla and sugar. Felt like I was drinking a blended cupcake. Hands down the worst iced latte I’ve had in my life.

I've been drinking Dunkin coffee for 30 years. This location is my go-to when I'm working. All employees are great, with the exception of the man that works the Monday 7pm shift. He refuses to add sugar to my coffee, and even now that I order over the app, he figured out it was me and lets me go on without sugar in my coffee. In all these years I never encountered a staff member so rude and petty. I will go to a different location from here on, even though it really messed up my day. Such a shame.

This is the fastest Dunkin I have ever been to. My drink is always waiting when I get off the bus. And they're always friendly. They hustle. Every other Dunkin could learn something.

I'm a fan of Dunkin donuts but this was a poor experience. I bought four donuts at 9:30pm. Was that a bad idea? Should they not still be amazingly fresh? There's nothing quite like a fresh donut and there's nothing quite like a seemingly week old donut. $10 for four inedible donuts is too much. I didn't taste these donuts until I got back to my hotel room and by then the store was closed. Perhaps I could have gone back and returned them the next day. We shall never know.
We was waiting for the man who was taking orders for ten minutes until we left. There was no one else in Dunkin’ and he was on the phone ignoring us. That is so rude I’m not coming to this location again.

Yesterday I almost got assaulted the employee they absolutely did nothing two ladies accused and being harassed verbally by a individual that does not work and was begging for money subsequently. I told him that he had to leave because he was also asking me for money the man was completely mental a group of individuals that sell drugs right in front of the dunkin' donuts saw what was happening one of those individuals came inside looking for a fight with me just because I told him I didn't have any ? money.Not only should this employee be fired but he is complicit in his attitude. He permits homeless individuals to solicit
