I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by the way this Dunkin Donuts location treats the people in the very community it is supposed to serve. In a predominantly Black and brown neighborhood, you would think there would be some level of respect, decency, or even basic customer service. Instead, what we get is rudeness, aggression, and a clear refusal to do their jobs.

The staff at this location do not just provide bad service. They make it very clear they do not want to serve us. I have personally witnessed employees ignore customers, speak with hostility, and act like they are being bothered just for having to do their job. I have even seen them flat out refuse to serve people of color with no explanation. It is racist, it is disrespectful, and it is completely unacceptable.

Why open a store in a neighborhood like this if you have no intention of respecting the people who live here? This is not just about bad service. This is about discrimination and a toxic attitude that has no place in any community or business.

Dunkin corporate needs to investigate this location immediately. Until real change happens, I will be telling everyone I know to take their money elsewhere.

Not 24 Hrs they close when they wanna close lol which is fine but don’t advertise yourself as 24hrs and then don’t be… what if I made a mobile order on the app now my money is thin air and waiting on my money is 5-7 business days and talking to a robot waiting for a human response …the trashiest dunkin

this dunkin is the worst I've been too. the donuts they serve are stale left overs and they can not seem to get my coffee right no matter if I order on line or in person.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from this location. I ordered a mobile order ahead of time and as soon as I arrived to pick up my drinks the doors were locked and I knocked on the door to get the worker’s attention and he completely ignored me. I continued to knock until I got his attention and he proceeded to tell me to wait despite my drinks being ready and in sight. I waited outside in the cold for over ten mins as he continued to tell me to wait and went back to making his other orders. This is not the first occurrence with them either, my boyfriend also had a bad experience with them as well. He came in to order a drink & the workers didn’t even acknowledge his presence & continued to work on mobile orders. After 7 minutes of waiting he had to ask a worker to make an order. The workers at this Dunkin are very unfriendly & very unprofessional. This is the worse customer service we’ve ever received at a fast food restaurant. We strongly don’t recommend supporting this business.

Worst Dunkin in the world, bought 24 donuts , they don’t have big bags , and then the dude has the nerve to slide it in a small bag , like really don’t have common sense if you slide it in small bag the donuts will be spoiled , and then comes the attitude manager who don’t even apologize instead gives the attitude

I ordered a Cappuccino today 11/29/2024. I specifically asked for non-dairy as I’m highly allergic. I requested that the barista not use the steering spoon that is commonly used on all products. As I oversaw the preparation of the drink the barista put the spoon contaminated with dairy products into my drink I said NO! I requested that the spoon not be used in my drink. The Barista ignored my request and continued to do so. I will be escalating this report to the BBB, DOH, and the FDA to regulate and shut down business with negligence in food preparations. I had already paid for my drink and wasn’t offered a replacement nor a refund. Please do not use this business location.

This location is always UNDERSTAFFED! Especially during the morning rush hour. There were six customers waiting and two employees working. Neither of them seemed to care. The two customers in front of me decided to get off the line and leave. Sadly, shortly after I had to leave as well due to the long wait and having to be to work. Not sure who manages this location but they need to do better!
