This location is always UNDERSTAFFED! Especially during the morning rush hour. There were six customers waiting and two employees working. Neither of them seemed to care. The two customers in front of me decided to get off the line and leave. Sadly, shortly after I had to leave as well due to the long wait and having to be to work. Not sure who manages this location but they need to do better!

Worker forced me to stand outside of locked doors and had me point to the donut I wanted, then gave me the donut I ordered through a tiny window kiosk. They also took my phone to pay, which made me very uncomfortable.

Worse workers there I asked for a cold coffee, and ice cup on the side he charged me additional for the ice cup, after he went to make it the other worker start talking crazy and they wanted to charge me additional $$ I end up canceling my whole order and request a refund then they tried to be nice and make my order waited for my refund and left.. never again

At first, I went to the wrong door, and the worker just looked at me. I was confused. I didn’t know if they were closed or not and then I tried the other door which opened but I’m not sure why the worker didn’t just point to the other door, it took so long for someone to help me, and there was only two people in the store, there wasn’t a long line.

I love Dunkin donuts but the frozen drinks here are the worst!

The food here is not fresh and this place just opened. I had a sausage , egg and cheese on croissant and hash browns. My croissant was stale and my hashbrowns did not appear to be fresh either. I was kind of excited to finally see something in the area since everything closed down, but i have had fresher food from this franchise in other areas.
