The absolute worst Dunkin’, consistently. The amount of times I’ve walked out without even placing an order is wild. Employees here have no idea what customer service should be. Also, the amount of times they’ve gotten my order incorrect is also wild. Can’t wait til the one closer to my job opens.

Came here with more than enough time to spare, they took so long making my food (place was empty) so I had to leave the sandwich and run! Almost missed my bus.
Please teach your employees how to properly make an iced coffee and take orders, we asked for the same on both and they couldn’t do that and I asked them to please stir it once they put in the syrup and they couldn’t even do that so I had to stir it myself and look at the amount of whipped cream they put and they didn’t even fill up with coffee we put the straws in to stir the coffee but this is how they looked without us even sipping it yet. TERRIBLE AT MAKING COFFEES
