It’s unbelievable that they don’t even know how to make a drink from their own menu. I asked if they could fix it, and they just added more ice and gave it back to me the same way. It tasted disgusting.
The staff here is always very rude. Some of them don’t speak English and get upset because they don’t understand you, or because you correct an order they misunderstood.
This staff is always messing up my order, either wrong refresher, wrong complete order, I work near it so I go there sometimes. Morning staff is better than afternoon staff. It’s always the afternoon staff that gets it wrong. Also be careful giving cash they don’t know math.

I purchased a drink and hash brown and when I asked for a cup of water the lady gave me attitude and the man gave me a used cup. As you can see in the picture. the guy there served me a dirty used cup of water. Nasty place. I will not return
