Terrible customer service. I was just in there a few minutes ago to order 2 donuts. I’m in mid-sentence when another customer walks in, interrupts me to tell the cashier that his car is running and that he is in a hurry, and starts ordering. The guy behind the counter actually stops serving me (he already had one of my donuts in the bag) to fill the entitled customer’s order. It was so incredibly rude on the part of both the customer and the cashier. I walked out of there and will not be giving them more business. There are plenty of better donut and coffee spots in the neighborhood.

I had the worst customer service experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived, I was told that one of the items I ordered was no longer available. Instead of offering a refund, credit, or even a simple apology, I was told I’d have to come back next week to speak to a manager if I wanted any kind of resolution.
This is completely unacceptable. I understand items run out, but refusing to offer a refund on something I paid for—and then making me jump through hoops to maybe get it resolved later—is not how you treat customers. Very disappointing experience.

drinks were consistent which is so rare for a chain! i’ve been to many dunkin’s around the country and this one has been the most consistent yet. drinks made very fast as well

It’s not everyday that a Dunkin’ experience is memorable but we were pleasantly surprised with the new location. The staff were great and looking forward to going back.
