I was having quite a terrible day that started the day b4. I was exhausted and my back n neck were Killing me caused by my backpack so I sat and charged my phone and nobody said or bothered me. having been given the opportunity to relax nd not have to leave after 5min allowed me to travel and complete/resolve all my booked appointments that day. Thank you very much. 🫡

I placed my order on the app ahead of the time and when I arrived there was not a single customer inside and yet the lady is leaning on the counter talking on her phone and my order wasn’t made yet. Unprofessional as hell!!

My mobile order sat unmade for a out 10 minutes until I pointed to my name on the board. And they still need to get all confirm my order for some reason. Service was not good. Nice people though.

The cashier on evening shift today was absolutely lovely and donuts were delicious
Five Star Rating all around. The breakfast sandwiches were very delicious. The staff was very nice.
This morning around 8 AM, the short lady with glasses who was at the register scanned a QR code from her own mobile device before I paid, apparently to collect reward points. She did this without asking if I would like to scan my own rewards account or participate. This seemed inappropriate, as those points should go to the customer making the purchase.
There’s only one issue I gotta order outside and not in the store
I try to be a regular in this location since I work near by. And I love Dunking D. I usually order online in ether my house location or where ever a Dunkin it’s near. This location every Sunday morning it’s a pain. Specifically the girl making the sandwiches she is extremely slow and careless with an unbearable attitude. I started ordering from 7 min before getting there to 15 min before getting there so only hashbrowns and a coffee can be ready. Everytime I get there they are never ready I have to wait another 5-10’min to get them the place it’s not even busy. the lack of interest if this person it’s extremely annoying.

I come to this Dunkin almost every single day, and every single day Camila is busting her butt. She always makes sure everything is done right and fast. I worked for Dunkin a couple of years ago, and I know it ain’t an easy job. So hats off to her and honestly; hopefully y’all give her a raise, bc I know Dunkin franchise owners are cheap.

My family and I were in NY for a week and Dunkin became my new best friend. It took a couple of tries but came up with a ice coffee I enjoyed so every morning Dunkin had my ice coffee and breakfast for the family. My granddaughters really enjoy their sausage egg and cheese crossaints.
