A coffee shop without a single plug. Just garbage and it’s done on purpose so 1 star on purpose.
Cashiers, coffee makers and all the employees, are on point, but the older Spanish lady that cooks the food, always burns the bread, croissants and tots. Please teach her how NOT to burn food!
Wonderful place with friendly staff yeah there are waiting times but it’s to be expected, this is NYC! And if you can’t wait just let staff know you are in a rush. It’s really that simple. I can’t complain anything. Staff member Berta she’s been there for many years and without her, I think the food service would have been downhill. She keeps order and is very neat regarding the food section. The manager Marta works very hard to keep the store always clean and healthy. I’ve been to many Dunkin’ Donuts but this place really takes the price at best customer service.
Service terrible place dirty
Terrible. Dry. Old. Crusty. Worker had an attitude.
Wonderful and fast service. We ordered a sourdough sandwich, a bacon egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese croissant and everything was fresh and delicious. This location was also very clean. I would recommend it to everyone.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your Dunkin’ Donuts location. When I placed my order with Sharna, I specifically requested that she change the paper in the oven and wear gloves to prepare my egg sandwich. As a Muslim, it’s important to me that my food is prepared in a halal way, especially since Dunkin’ Donuts offers pork options.
Unfortunately, Sharna did not take my request seriously. She made a joke about it in front of other customers, which was not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful to customers who have specific dietary needs based on their religious beliefs.
I hope Dunkin’ Donuts takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all staff members are trained to handle such requests with respect and understanding.

Such a convenient Dunkin close to Javits...so we could treat the crew to donuts on last day of show.

Might go to place for iced coffee and a Boston cream donut and I noticed this location got an upgrade.

This is the first time I ate a Donuts from Dunkin Donuts, and I was very disappointed…
We see this sign everywhere in the city, so I thought it was a reference for Donuts.
But in fact we are really looking at low-end quality.
Of course, in the morning, when you're hungry, you can eat it, but honestly it's one of the worst Donuts I've ever eaten.
At least I would have tried!

Good service, just a bit crowded at some times since the space is pretty narrow. Good donuts, never had an issue.

I recently had breakfast there and tried the bagel bacon egg sandwich and a black coffee. The sandwich was delicious! The bagel was fresh and soft, the bacon was crispy, and the egg was cooked perfectly. The coffee was also great, it was strong and flavorful. I would definitely recommend this Dunkin to anyone looking for a quick and delicious breakfast.
