I never post reviews, but this branch was notably AWFUL so this is my first. Staff were incredibly rude and painfully slow. I had to repeat each item I wanted to order numerous times because the server didn’t make any effort to enter things correctly despite saying she was ready. The cherry on top was that the prices the cashier gave me verbally completely misaligned with the receipt.

Doesnt even deserve a 1 star. Ordered a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese. Bad enough it cost $5.17, outrageous! But to opened the bag and see that it is barely toasted, closer to an untoasted bagel with a tablespoon of cream cheese that covered less than half of whole bagel. Took one bite and all I had in my mouth was soft bread. 😡 NEVER AGAIN!

Wake up wrap over cooked to a crisp. Staff mumbled in their language about me. I guess tip was not enough for the super delayed service.

These people are horrible, they don’t wash their hands with soap. The drinks are disgusting every single time I don’t understand how hard is it to make an iced caramel coffee. The place is dirty and everyone is rude with an attitude.

Terrible customer service. That short staff member was rude, got my order wrong, and started yelling in front of others. Another tried to help, but the situation was still handled poorly. Unprofessional and frustrating experience.
A short dude barely speaks English and still has the audacity to yell and prove himself right.
Servants here are on another level.
A good DD location. Limited seating in the back, but also has access to the building through the special back door (just like Igor's five hole).
Mr. Almond needs more knowledge on how to approach customers... the only Dunkins that have no breakfast SMH 🫣
Best customer service by MD. He’s a polite and hard-working guy. I love coming to DD when he's around.
1st time coming here & I got here early in the morning & the staff was so pleasant- I was met with a smile & my coffee with 2 caramel pumps was fresh. Place is clean - I will return anytime I’m in the neighborhood

The absolute worst. The whole place smells like bad body odor. Servers are rude. They will NOT add sugar or sweetener to your coffee, which is literally the whole point of going to Dunkin. You realize it when you already left, and have to go back. They just point to the condiments box. That's bad business. I will never go back there.
Has seats and standard service. One of my few fav Dunkins in the city
I love the workers at this location but I miss Farhana!! She always has such a sunny attitude and brightens my day! I hope she’ll be back at this store soon, it’s not the same without her there
My best friend who happens to be Korean came here today and was greeted with Ni Hao when she walked in. AVOID THIS RACIST BUSINESS. Absolutely unacceptable
Honestly, avoid this Dunkin at all costs. I had a horrible encounter with a guy that works there. I was ordering a latte and was telling him my preferences and this guy was rolling his eyes. The MALE workers specifically got no manners whatsoever. They have so much attitude for no reason, it will literally ruin your morning. The donuts also are so dry & they cannot follow instructions. The one near Residence Inn is very good. That one guy that works there needs to learn how to treat customers.
