I found a 20 centimeters pubic hair in my glazed donut from this Dunkin Donut location. My daughter could have ate it!!!! Makes me sick to my core. This location is truly disgusting. and after I reported to Dunkin donut they refused to even apologize or even acknowledge their mistake. The hair is baked into the donut which means it is them doing it during the baking process. Who's knows how many pubic hair donuts they make per day hoping people don't notice. Be careful!!!!!

I ordered a drink, which i believe already has coffee in it, but it tasted extremely sweet and did not taste like coffee at all, just water n sweetner. I used my points, so it was free. I threw it out after leaving and didn't feel like wasting my time for another drink.

Very efficient, kudos to the staff for keeping this place running every week day morning. This location is VERY busy. Sometimes there’s barely any room to stand. I usually order on the Dunkin app when I am getting out of the Wall St subway. By the time I get here, my order is ALWAYS ready.
Front desk guy working skinny and with glasses is very rude. He doesn’t know english as well and he was rude with without any reason. Never expected such a horrible behaviour

Food: meat isn't being cooked all the way. They often get your order wrong or are forgetting to give certain items.
Service: the workers there are super slow, forgetful (or just don't care), and have given attitude to me when I've had to remind them of what they didn't give me from my order. I normally order on the app and get there within 5-10 minutes after ordering. I normally don't mind waiting even though I ordered ahead of time, but there were times I would be waiting and they would completely forget to complete my order and I would have to remind them. It would be something as simple as a donut.
Atmosphere: the place is relatively clean. Unfortunately it's an extremely small space and i do feel like having 3 different exits is redundant and takes up too much space for a Dunkin that is often busy because of the area it's in.
I only go to this Dunkin because it's one block away from my work location but I think I'm gonna have to stop coming to this one and go out of my way to go to the next closest one. Very disappointing. Consider replacing staff.
