Mad house. No organization, don’t bother ordering ahead

I ordered decaf coffee due to my caffeine sensitivity, but I was given regular coffee instead. As a result, I had symptoms of nausea, bloating and i am now unable to sleep and have an early morning ahead, this will disrupted my schedule significantly. For those with caffeine sensitivity, receiving the correct order is not just a preference—it’s essential to our livilhood. This mistake could pose health risks and greatly inconvenience customers. Please take decaf orders seriously to ensure this doesn’t happen to others
it is concerning that when the barista called my order, she quickly disappeared before I could confirm it. This practice is extremely unsafe, especially for customers with sensitivities or allergies. Proper care and attention to orders are essential to prevent harmful mistakes like this. I will probably go to Starbucks, while it might be a higher cost it is unlikely that they would make that mistake. This isn’t the first order that i have received wrong and it doesn’t matter which location, it is almost a norm for Dunkin to mess up my food orders, shame on me for not checking before i leave the store. This mistake is hard to prevent and definitely the most impactful.
