I visited this Dunkin' location based on its high rating, which I suspect may be attributed to the friendly cashier. However, I found the space to be quite limited, with no seating available. The crowded conditions left me to eat my breakfast outside in the cold, as there was only one standing table. The food didn’t taste fresh, and was barely warm. The drink didn’t taste right. But that’s Dunkin overall, inconsistent throughout. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I won’t be returning to this location. The 1 star is soly because of the good customer service

HAKEEM was making my order I had a sausage egg & cheese I asked for it to be well done . When he handed me my order it was not what I paid for . I asked him again to make it well done he gave me a attitude & acted like he didn’t understand me I had to ask another worker to make it again he just looked at me & didn’t say anything. This is by far the WORST LOCATION & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! I will NEVER BE BAXK & will be calling CORPORATE ON HIM

i have a morning job, an afternoon job, and a night job. i was in between a shift and accidentally fell asleep in one of the booths at this dunkin after my pint of canadian mist and a cop woke me up screaming “AY AY, NO SLEEPING” and suddenly he goes “AY, wait a second… IS THAT YOU?”, pointing up to the television which was running a MATT MCARTHY verizon commercial.
in an irritated rage i wanted to answer him with a “would i be asleep in a dunkin’ donuts if i was the VERIZON MAN?!” but instead told him “no, but i know him,” thinking my response would sway him into cutting me some slack. instead he responds with “ah nice… don’t sleep in here”.
what was i, ruining the ambiance of the MIDTOWN dunkin’ donuts.
worst experience… all i wanted to do was sit there and be nothing. but this is how i knew…. that i was real.
We came here for breakfast one morning and got a Bacon, egg and cheese bagel and a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant.2 x coffees and 2 x breakfast items came to just over $20, which considering we’re in New York, isn’t too bad.Staff were somewhat helpful, I had to reiterate the order quite a few times, but they did get it right and the end product was okay.
