I order a medium cup of cold brew. The cup was only filled to around 4/5. I asked them to please at least fill it up, and the clerk just took my cup and added some ice into it. This is just plain ridiculous and disrespectful. I paid $5 for a cup of coffee, not ice. The management and service for this store is terrible. I’ve always had pleasant experience at the Dunkin’s in Massachusetts. Filling my cup with actual coffee instead of ice will not bankrupt the corporation!!! The manager and clerks are incredibly cheap and fake. They would rather walk to the ice machine to fill my cup with ice instead of just turning around and open the tap to fill my cup with actual coffee. Seriously they need to fire whoever is in charge.
Excellent service, I recommend this place, go, go.
This post is strictly for the donuts. I haven't tried anything else here, but the donuts are the best I've had in any Dunkin' location, and I've been to a LOT. I go out of my way to walk the extra couple blocks from work to get them even though I have another location around the corner. Flavor. Freshness. Softness. They're perfect.
Worst service ever.
First of all, I paid 3 times, the cashier said that the payment was rejected. I checked in my revolut transactions and it was like “pending”, then I asked if they will refund me the first two payments and they confirmed. But finally my bank has confirmed the three payments and now I can’t claim because we aren’t from NY. Last but not least, donut quality is so bad.

The reason I’m spending time to leave a small mark for a simple fast food place like this is to warn people to avoid this location at all costs. Especially if you’re a tourist, who doesn’t have much time, and you just want to try a regular Dunkin’ Donuts donut, this is the worst place to go.
I’m a native New Yorker, and took a friend visiting from another country here after going to the MoMA, as it was nearby and she wanted to try classic American donuts.
As I was visibly translating the menu, off to the side and not in line (though no one else was there), the cashier/server barked “what would you like,” and I simply replied “I’m still deciding.” He glared at us the entire time we continued deciding.
We settled on 1 glazed and 1 strawberry frosted with sprinkles. I had asked if they had anymore strawberry first. Because while the strawberry tray was full, the coloring seemed more white like vanilla frosting but it was hard to be sure. The server just jerked his head at it. When I confirmed my selection he snatched the cellophane tissue, grabbed the donut and shoved it into the bag in 0.3 seconds, which was weirdly aggressive.
As my friend was figuring out payment (she wanted to practice her English / using bills and coins), he literally shoved the paper bag inches from my face. Didn’t want to make a scene since my friend was already stressed about our tight schedule so I just took the bag. What’s the point of getting into it anyway?
Well after we left and found a place elsewhere to sit (this dunkin is tiny and located in a subway station), we pulled out the strawberry - instead of bright pink it was a sickly pale pink. And the dough for both donuts were like thick, dense bread, not at all the fluffy dough you expect from dunkin. It was very off putting.
It was her last day, and her only chance to try dunkin. How do you mess up a simple donut? We were two quiet introverts, how can you be so rude? We went on September 16, 2024 at 5:30pm EST. The cashier had a slight beard and a square head and has sadly probably never smiled once in his life.
I’ve worked in food and service for years, and I never mess with anyone’s tips. But if I could, I’d take his tip jar and throw its contents right in his pathetic square face.

Dunkin' is located in a shopping arcade. The branch is slightly dirty, without the possibility of sitting.
Spectacular views of the avenue
