The workers their are disrespectful they not patient and they rushed too much and sometimes they don’t want to scan my Duncan’s barcode zero stars that I was able to review this place. The older guy and the tall Indian guy are really rude.

Terrible customer service and every now and then you come there and you can't even get an ice cream or Shake It's 6:52 on a Saturday and the guy is cleaning the ice cream area tell me I can't get no ice cream or a shake because he's cleaning on a Saturday at 6:52pm and they don't close till 9:00

I went into this horrible dirty cafe to ruin my day. The Indian man is apparently a racist and doesn't like white women. When I approached he was talking on the phone, he took the order very rudely, threw the check and then ran up and looked at the check. In the end I had to throw the coffee in the trash because it was very bitter.

Waste of time. I placed an order at 5:59am hoping to receive it before my 6:25 train. At 6:18 I had to leave the store because three workers couldn’t put together a simple order. Every worker here needs to be fired.

Dunkin is not it period. The only thing that stays consistent and good is the old fashioned donuts. The drinks are always either made with too much syrup or too little. The food is always semi burnt or not cooked enough. The other donuthave too much sugar, etc. Dunkin is not it!

manager today wouldn't honor dunkin donut offer. Go to Starbucks instead
Rude lady with two bottom lip piercings WOULDNT give me her name , wouldn’t let me try one of the ice cream flavors and flat out told me it was bad instead of just letting me try it, on top of that she let some woman order FOR FREE while I had to pay for all my stuff. Extremely unfair and extremely insane that this is allowed also on the phone talking while making my milkshake.
