I tried to order a milkshake after paying for it The employee refused to scoop the ice cream out of the container because it was too hard and said that it had to soften it up. Though I was only getting a milkshake Theoretically Ice cream is supposed to be hard, not soft. I also like to point out and I don't know why but they have a lot of flies flying around in their store.

This Dunkin is absolutely in poor shape. The service is poor. Lets start with the geeting, " there was none" no hello no good morning not even a smile. I ordered my food and request detailed instruction for my order. They got everything wrong. I asked for my order to be fixed and they said they will give me the milk and I have to do it myrself. Then i had to come back to fix the balance of my order. Very unhappy!

2 workers just standing there talking like they don’t have customers. Then a customer grabs my bag out the worker hand. Worker acts like she is slow or something. Food does not taste fresh. The hash browns taste frozen still. Not worth the money I spent at all.

They don't understand English, the manager is disrespectful and for asking me something about the Dunkin' application he responded yelling and in a bad manner, not only did he not resolve my question and left, a girl who spoke Spanish and English helped me. With my doubt, the other Indians who work in the store are really disrespectful, they almost always get confused with what I order and they get angry with the customer
