This is busy area (with all different kind of people), so sometimes it’s a long wait, but they handle it well. This is a good location. Just order from the app to save time.

Today on 11/7/25 at 8:15 a.m. I went in to order a coffee. I did not know they had 2 lines one for online pick up and 1 at the cashier since the pickup hub is to the far right. Keep in mind this is a small spot. Mind you there were not too many people and they were all lined up by the counter, no employee was by the cashier and no signs indicating. I waited my turn, others arrived behind me. When I went to place my order the employee says you have to wait a moment. I thought she said I have to walk over to the cash register. So I said ok, as I walk over she takes the order of the individual at the cashier. I said but wait I was already here. She said yes, but like I said there's a line at the cash register for orders that are not made online. She saw I was there before the other 4 customers. She didn't say excuse me she was here first I'll take your order next. Nope told me to wait online. Guess that was a sign to never come here again and I won't.

I don’t know what’s happening in this location but the ladies working there have zero customer service. One time went asked for the meal said iced coffee she gave hot coffee, I told her I never said hot coffee she looked at me with actitud and said yes you told me hot coffee. 3 days ago I go again to get same thing the cashier take my order processed to take orders customers ordered give their coffee first I’m here waiting for my coffee I asked about it look at me like if I were bothering her. The people on this location have to be retrain asap they have zero customer service. Always on their phones with loud music. I’m stopping getting my coffee here for sure

Once they renovated this location it went to the shits. I’ve been coming here every morning since January and all was good. The food could’ve been a bit better but what do you expect from a chain restaurant, well about a month ago they stated that they were going to be closed for three weeks to renovate. Now that they are back open the store is so much more smaller. The service is so off, they have new people there not the original workers and it just all feels sanitized. There’s no friendly demeanor anymore. They’ve messed up on my food orders so I just go in for coffee. It’s sad to see how it went from small to smaller and the feeling is off

Ordered through uber eats. First item we pulled from the SEALED BAG was my iced chai latte and there was a roach on it. The entire order went to waste because I did order more things but didn’t eat or drink any of it. Uber eats only gave me a refund for the drink ONLY as if expected to eat the other food. Absolutely disgusting!! Don’t order from this dunkin. Spent over $40 to only get what I paid for ONE DRINK back. I will be calling my bank and make a dispute and I will be deleting my uber account. Dirty places man. It’s better to eat at home than to order out.

2 of the donuts I bought a jelly, a Boston creme could have been used as weapons or glass breakers (they were rock hard) the blueberry donut seemed fresh and the only one I was able to eat. That hardly ever happens here at my local Dunkin donuts.

The absolute worst location I've ever been to. They put zero effort into everything they do (for example, they don't even slice a bagel before toasting it, they throw it in whole). They're painfully slow and uncaring, and not to mention they straight up lie to customers to avoid doing work (saying their espresso machines are broken so they don't have to make lattes and such). Save your time and go to literally any other location.

America runs on marketing. Only tried them twice when they first opened. Since then, I focused on the fact that food chains couldn't care less about their employees, professionalism, their customers or, for that matter, YOUR HEALTH. If you're putting yourself through this abuse, it's because you're an addict. And yes, the staff is not always professional but, take a look at some of the geniuses that are their customers. Grow up.

Dietary restrictions: A pumpkin swirl drink alone has the equivalent of 14 glazed donuts worth of sugar. The large pumpkin swirl frozen coffee has 185 grams of sugar, which is equivalent to 46 teaspoon. Great for those planning on becoming diabetic.
