Most Dunkin’s I walk into get my order wrong, yell at me if I take my food back after they made an error and yes me to death when I order my food with the ingredients that give me allergies just to get my food wrong anyway. However this particular Dunkin did everything right and even had hand sanitizer when I asked for it before I ate my food, I’m thankful for their kind customer service.

They need more AM workers or better trained workers at this location. My order is never done on time AND it’s never consistent in terms of flavor - it’s almost like they just throw whatever they want in my coffee instead of looking at what I’m actually ordering.
I do a mobile order almost every morning for only 1 coffee and it’s never ready when I get there to pick it up - I could give them anywhere from 5-15 mins to get it together and it’s still never done on time. I’m late for my job because they can’t do theirs.
What’s the point of advance mobile ordering if it doesn’t speed up my mornings at all?

If I could give a negative review I would. The service is always abysmal. They never have any workers. The shortest among the staff claims to be the manager and is always tryin to bully, discrimanate against someone, and go out of his way to disrespect others.

This is THE SLOWEST fast food establishment I’ve probably been too. Like consistently slow even when they are empty or you order ahead.
Avoid during morning at all costs. Takes over 15 minutes for a sandwich and other than the nice lady at the register the rest of the employees act like the could care less
