Came here because I wanted a hot chocolate. And a HOT chocolate is what I got! Much appreciated even though I had to wait for it to cool off. It was cold outside when I visited so... No complaints from me! But beware it could really scald the mouth of a child!

This is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts!!!! The employees are super slow even though the store is empty. I waited multiple times 15mins for my order because they rather be on their phone than checking if they have new orders. This is absolutely ridiculous. I go here because it’s conveniently right next to my job but this store is the absolute worst. I never had once an order, that was done correct or in an appropriate time. You really have to step up your game here!!!!

This is one of the slowest stores ever. These employees take their sweet time to get an order done. I ordered ahead of time and they didn’t even start with my order when I got there 10 minutes later. This costumer service is absolutely ridiculous!!

I've been to the branch several times in the afternoon in the last few days. The same employee always served me and she was really very nice. My iced latte vanilla tasted very good and the donuts were also good. The branch could be a little cleaner.

Took forever for us to find a Dunkin' in Manhattan with indoor seating. We eventually found this one. This Dunkin' isn't the best though. They got our orders right but it's extremely dirty and they didn't have Avocado Toast. They also seemed a little bit understaffed.

We didn't go there because we were a little hungry, the donuts weren't good and the icing on them wasn't good either, the ham croissant was good though. The waitress was alone and in no hurry. The place was not very clean.
