We didn't go there because we were a little hungry, the donuts weren't good and the icing on them wasn't good either, the ham croissant was good though. The waitress was alone and in no hurry. The place was not very clean.

I used to pass to that store in the morning for a coffee , but I stopped going to that store when I see the store manager sedra inside , she’s the worst employee I’ve ever seen , screaming on her coworkers, saying bed words and she’s never be nice with customers even saying hey or a smile , her customer service skills are the worst .

Unfortunately when you ask for a medium regular coffee and you recieve a cup of basically a very light coffee twice it's not good. If you're a coffee establishment and can't make coffee correctly it's sad. Won't be back.

Visited three times while staying at the moxy, only out of convenience because they don't serve coffee there before seven and it is right next door. Plus usually we love Duncan. Every single order was wrong. Despite us explaining multiple times when it was read back to us that they had it incorrect. Very frustrating. There's a Starbucks about a block away. Maybe try there instead...we should have.

I went to this Dunkin Store yesterday. The Cashier was busy looking at her phone. I stood there and she never said can I help you. I said to her can I order? She finally looked up from her cell phone. What lousy customer service from this Dunkin store.

Yes I agree with all of the rest of the reviews the chubby lady at the counter is rude and always has the wrong order I asked her for the avocado toast she tells me I have to pay for it then I pay for it I get it and it's only avocado what happened to the tomatoes she said you said avocado so I said the menu says avocado toast and tomatoes she's like whatever, there other people who need a job , get rid of this rude woman

This morning I went to this Dunkin Donuts and was disappointed with the service that was provided only because I asked for a Macchiato, bacon stripes and a bagel twist when I got the bagel it was cold so I asked the Indian lady was it heated she said no and when I asked for it to be heated she had an attitude when I got to work it was over cooked I couldn’t enjoy it but everything else was ok I wonder what happened to the Cheerie young black girl who was there she was polite and she brighten up your morning us ppl need to stop supporting business who can’t give us what we paid for them when you approach them about it they cop an attitude like our money ain’t green enough It’s sad we work hard for our money I don’t want service that sucks
