I think the staff needs to be retrained on how to prepare food .things are way too expensive these days . I ordered a bagel with cc .the cream cheese was spread on bagel like butter .

Monday thru Friday ok on Saturday the service no good today I went to buy a sausage egg and cheese with hash brown and coffee not a sale simple meal. Payed 10 .95 and not hash brown I ask the gentleman no hash brown he said I don't understand. His English was poor. no issue I said it 4 time finally he said no hash brown but I order the meal is it me or Dunkin donuts. Meals are single items now just saying.

I have now ordered decaf coffee twice and been given regular caffeinated coffee both times from this location. The last time this happened, I watched the guy pour mine and someone else’s order from the same spout so I asked him THREE times to confirm that he gave me decaf which he confirmed but I quickly got a racing heart and couldn’t sleep that night so it was caffeinated. It’s good that I’m just sensitive and not a major health risk for consuming caffeine.
Also my last coffee was also weirdly watered down—I watched the guy put one shot of milk into my cup with ice, then water, then coffee; which makes sense why my Dunkin coffee never tastes as creamy as I feel like it should.
