Slowest service in the history of DD. Took almost 10min to get an ice tea that in most other places takes seconds to make. Its an every day thing with this place. Forget about placing a food order, it takes even longer and the food its either burned or not cooked enough. 0 stars.

It's 6:49, Baskin Robin's side can't make a smoothie, Dunkin side can't do hot coffee... disappointing for an ice cream and coffee shop. Ice coffee was good, but not what we wanted on a rainy overcast evening.

they never have anything in stock order online you will get something different then what you order. Then they get mad at you when you say something. They take forever to give you your order as well . worst dunkin ive been too lol

I usually don’t make reviews for places I always say I will do it and never do. But today I had to. I usually get my morning coffee from here not always. I must say what a pleasure it is to be served by someone that is doing there job one that has a will to work this is what this country is made of. I don’t know this young man’s name but it is as such a pleasure to see a young man behind the counter doing what all young man should. I felt compelled to make this review as I was seeing another walk in look around like very suspicious looking in the basement looking at the chairs like he was up to no good and walked out. Bravo to this young man. God bless him and his family great job

Came in by mistake to get a quick coffee... Definitely not quick after a 20 minute wait, the server kept coughing over our cups... Never again
Got an ice cream. The ice creams were not fresh (strange texture/seperation) and were very soft. They definitely weren't being stored correctly - which is a huge no with dairy...

I ordered by mobile app and they took 20 minutes to get ready just one sandwich and they didn’t make well it was cold and they don’t have ketchup or cream that’s crazy

The short Indian lady is so rude. This is a food establishment & there shouldn’t be any reason why I’m leaving out of there with a bag of food that was not only touched by multiple customers & was sitting for over 10 minutes after I communicated my order to the same lady that brushed me off. I had to go to the register to get help from someone else & when my order was finally located; I asked for it to be made over which I was refused. Then when I asked for a refund & was expressing my frustrations about the bag of food the lady had the audacity to mock me and go “ay ay ay ay” as if I was being dramatic. This isn’t the first time I experienced her being rude to someone but this was the first time I experienced it from her. She needs to be dealt with.
