Interesting experience. Went in the evening, so it wasn’t a busy time period. It did take time to get the order. Our server was friendly enough, and went as fast as he could. It wasn’t that fast though, He seemed to be doing a lot. I didn’t see any other staff members helping him. The food was super hot!!! Had to wait to eat. Sometimes it’s hit or miss on the warmth of food from fast food places. He made my ice coffee just right. The juice refrigerator should be behind the counter since it is locked and the one cashier had to go out to get the ordered juice. The standing counter could have been cleaner. It shares the space with a Jimmy John’s sandwich restaurant.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts there could possibly be. I used to order iced coffee from here all the time. I stopped for a while and yesterday was my first day back there and it’s the same thing. No matter how much milk or caramel you ask for on the app you get ZERO. The problem is their printer that prints the order doesn’t print correctly and you can’t see the amount. It’s very annoying and I thought they would have fixed the issue by now as it’s been months. Extremely disappointed and not to mention every time you ask them to put caramel or milk they have the nerve to tell you it’s in there.

Most of the times I orders sourdough breakfast sandwich and I ask for well toasted or dark toast but this branch doesn't care about this and get without dark toast. Today looks like I got just warm sandwich and there is no sign of toasting.

Went in to grab a coffee and read book and the music was so loud I couldn’t even sit it was just people yelling at each other to be able to hear themselves

The woman in the morning is unpleasant. On top of that, she spoke very rudely to me when I asked her to repeat what she had told me, because she didn't hear her well. In addition, they began to mop the entire floor when there were clients, which generated some rejection in the premises. Finally, I ordered the medium size and he gave me the small one, disappointing. I've been to other Dunkin's, and this one is the worst.

Horrible service, the guy who attended me didn’t know the products. I asked for a Mangonada, I always get that and he was just super rude to me! I don’t understand why you guys have so horrible personal who doesn’t know who to treat people. I always ask the same thing in other locations, I don’t know why he just didn’t want to do it.

As a big fan of American food, I have experienced a lot. I had to come to NY to try the worst and oldest donuts of my life. I have rarely eaten something so bad. And bad reviews are not my thing. Never again.

Love the Hazelnut coffee. Friendly service. Sausage egg cheese/muffin is great breakfast. Medium size coffee(which is really large) is about $4.
