The guy who works in the afternoon is very slow at customer servicing I feel that he does it purposely like I don’t understand why employ somebody like him and he takes an hour to make one drink and they hardly come out the right way which is insane all the other locations are super fast I will not return here unless he is

I come here because it’s on the same street of my job. It’s located on w 35th, with that being said… it’s a busy spot. The manager needs to manage much better. There are 3 people making drinks and only 1 very much slow slow person prepping the sandwiches: From the cashier to the back staff, EVERYONE HERE IS SLOW. Even when one orders on the go, people come in and still have to wait. With frustration on their faces because everyone needs to get to work, There is no prompt service here and I been to many Dunkin’s, but this one here is HORRIBLE. I ordered an avocado bacon toast, walk to my job to find out there was no bacon on my sandwich. I had to walk all the way back. The manager seems apologetic but this place needs better staff and she needs to use better judgement on those prepping food and this making drinks.

Came here because the locations inside Penn Station don't use the app and I wanted to redeem an offer. Ordered a raspberry watermelon refresher with green tea and 3 chocolate munchkins. Got the drink for free with my purchase which came to $1.84. OMG this drink was DELICIOUS!!!!!! Idk why I didn't try it sooner but now I feel I'm gonna want it all the time. It was made perfectly. Usually I'd be tasting way too much green tea but not this time. Took one star off because of the munchkins. They were a bit dry and didn't really taste too great. Still ate them of course but eh. I'd go back just for the refresher. Yum!
