Some of the workers are pleasant; however, they mess up my order four out of five times. Furthermore, I have received cold wake up wraps more than once. It’s frustrating to always need to check to make sure what they hand me is actually what I order (tea vs. coffee, muffin vs. bagel). One is better off going to the Dunkin’ at the 5 Ave/53rd St subway entrance. Higher accuracy and prices are ca. 10-15% cheaper.

I ordered Midnight coffee, and they gave me the regular coffee. I went back to tell them, and they insisted that they gave me the right coffee. I drink this coffee all the time, so I know they didn’t give me the right coffee. Midnight Coffee, is a very strong dark roasted coffee, and you notice on the first sip. Maybe they ran out of midnight coffee? Who knows? I also ordered a croissant with egg, bacon and cheese and it was awful. The croissant was like a rock. Anyway, I won't come back here, that's for sure!

Ordered the $3 egg and cheese croissant special. Was charged $4.59. When I asked for refund the guy behind the counter refused because I didn't take the coffee and it was already charged. I have lost trust in this location and the person that works there.
