This Dunkin has always been my favorite spot on the Lower East Side. They are like family, they are very respectful, kind and wonderful hard workers. They always address me with good Morning, call me by my first name when my order is ready and most of all they have wonderful customer service. This is the best spot it's always clean, but best of all their coffee is awesome!

The best Dunkin’ I’ve been to in NYC. Very efficient, timely, and courteous. This place is usually very busy and now I know why… their service and food quality is top tier level. Thank you to this specific store on 351 Grand Street!

Best Dunkin doughnuts in Lower East Side. Always gets your order right and quick and Friendly service. The staff is so nice and the owner or manager guy is the best, I love them all and they always make my morning. I’m writing a whole Dunkin doughnuts review for crying out loud ?? that’s how great they are.
