I was in the Hilton Garden Inn at 48th & 8th for C19 quarantine, as a guest of NYC H&HS. For 13 days. In the room, only answering the door for meal deliveries for 13 days. In the same room for 13 days: no movement, not even a stroll in the corridor.As I am still editing my 1st book AND continuing the 2nd in the series + two good books (Shadow Captain by Alastair Reynolds and Luna: New Moon by Ian MacDonald, both sci-fi) + 60 cable channels, I was not bored. The room is big, 2 queen beds, nice bathroom w/ plenty of hot water and a decent view of 8th Ave. The HVAC was not adjustable, and the room was stripped down to bare essentials. Considering the wildly varying character of the clientele for the Qtine, this is understandable.Anyway, it's a nice place, in the general vicinity of Times Square (close enough for your average tourist) and the brief interactions with staff were pleasant. All-in-all a typical Hilton Garden Inn. Nice, clean, comfy, well-situated.

i like it here, great food & service. staff treated us so nice. this place has a nice atmosphere. kinda of like a restaurant in los angeles i liked to visit.

I really do not know what to say! 9 weeks of lockdown , 84k dead and these are the people that prepare our food??? . When asked why the masks are being worn as necklaces around the neck, I was told to mind my own business. I was also told that musks are not mandatory. A man in the middle is wearing a surgical mask Because I refused to accept a cup of coffee he made without one. He put it up when I was taking my picture! I will never shop in DD unless there are consequences for such reckless behavior! How safe is the food that is being delivered!

Bad customer service. The guy in cashier don't know how to talk with people. I didn't get what I want. He was very bad i ask for something he laughed on me. It was twice I don't recommend people to go there
