Service is good and quick. They’re polite to customers and are good about keeping the outside area as free as possible of stragglers. I usually order in advance when time is tight and it is ready by the time I get there. I am able to do work here sometimes while I wait for my job to open (I try to not stay for too long).

This dunkin location is super convenient and the younger employees are polite and helpful. However, there's this older, short dark haired employee who is NASTY. She yells out orders and if you're too slow for her liking she sucks her teeth, complains about you within your earshot and slams your order on the counter. She really needs to leave the store because she is a miserable piece of work.

I always try to give second and even third chances, but the service at this location has been very inconsistent. The young lady working as a barista is often unpleasant when interacting with customers. They don’t seem to follow specific requests and just prepare orders the standard way regardless of what’s asked. Unfortunately, the management doesn’t make the experience any better. At this point, I’ve pretty much given up on trying with this location.

I came here for food a few times when I work in the area. The food has been mediocre (regular Dunkin’ Donuts food). However, today I experienced something so disgusting and I will never be going back to this location. There was a piece of tissue or bald paper towel in my snack and bacon, along with a piece of lint or thread. Unbelievable. I would’ve taken a picture, but I work on the trains and I had to hurry up to make an interval. I ended up throwing away most of my food once I discovered that (I had already eaten some of it prior to the discovery). This place will never be getting my money again.

Been coming here for a while… This is where I go to get my morning cup of Joe, but today will be the last time I come here, you have young workers particularly the female workers one is large. The other ones are small, but they all have the same attitude, nonchalant no care in the world. As if you’re bothering them, 0 customer service skills zero Communication skills they literally gossip right in front of you about customers, The stuff they do is beyond rude.. these workers are grown adults, acting like adolescent children… I literally go in and say good morning smile and they look at me like they don’t know English! literally always ignore my good mornings to just stare at me! and ask me what do I want?, that’s not something that I want to encounter as soon as I wake up. Especially if I’m paying, I was gonna make a scene in person but I rather just leave and never come back if you’re miserable in customer service get a new job

I really don’t think it is professional or polite to allow customers to cut you in line. It cannot be expected that customers have been raised with etiquette but you would expect to be served in order of wait time not on preference based on culture or race.

I've ordered here frequently when I worked at a different job that required me to take the bx12 bus daily. Today I mistakenly ordered a coffee at a different location and the man at the register whipped one up for me at no charge once we realized the order. The only Dunkin we've found that makes chocolate cake donuts with vanilla frosting! And they still have some seats for customers, which others have gotten rid of.
