I swear if I had another option I would go to another dunkin cuz the people who work here in the morning are always rude! Like if you don't lie your job quit! Its not the customers fault your miserable! Best customer service is the young crew from the afternoon. Also don't just throw my food in a bag, I'm not asking you to take great care of it but damn what did my doughnut do to make you so mad?

The place is always clean which I’m sure a lot of us appreciate. I come here often whenever I have time to stop and get a coffee. The only thing is that sometimes the muffins are a little hard like from the day before. I guess you have to come early morning to get a fresh muffin or get from yesterday’s bash

The prices here are more expensive than in midtown Manhattan ?♀️ they have a sale my son wanted the donuts for $1and the guy wasn't paying attention and gave me the most expensive one for almost $6. The customer service wasn't there they were more actively yelling and talking to each other than taking orders. Very disorganized and I don't know how he took the order because he was looking and talking to the girl and the other worker the whole time. Very professional and loud.??♀️ You must teach your workers the basic customer service etiquette.

I literally used Uber eats for my late brunch. I order 2 hasbrowns, 2 drinks, coffee roll, 1 wrap, and and croissants stuffer. The only thing they got right was drinks. Freaking ridiculous. The last time I’m ordering from yall.
Nice place for coffee. They have tables by the store window and the view of the city streets is great ? ? ?The origina coffee from Dunkin' Donuts is the best. It looks like they made it fresh.It was a bit crowded because of the good service.I enjoyed the visit ☺️ and I am happy to go back again.10/10 ? ? ??
