I ordered with their mobile pick up system and they typically have a station for it when I got there there was no food out a lot of people waiting and they weren’t asking people what they want 15 minutes later I finally let everyone else get their stuff and ask for mine just for her to pull it out right from the behind station as it’s been sitting there for 20 minutes the worst service

Come here if you want to pay to be bullied. The older lady loves to stare you down and laugh at you in a different language while serving your food. Like what the heck? It was super weird. She kept laughing and speak about me to her colleague and laugh.. Super “welcoming” atmosphere if you enjoy feeling totally alienated

Always takes so long to get a breakfast bagel and it’s usually stale and really tough to eat. $6 meal deal is cheap in the city at least and the coffee/hash browns are ok.
But the long wait every time (even when the store is empty) just isn’t worth the savings.

Only dunkin with fresh fresh donuts and the latte wasnt bad at all. Ill go here anytime I can! Not too much parking but it depends on the time you go because it is NYC and its on a main road.

I ordered an iced matcha with french vanilla, whipped cream, they didnt even include the whipped cream AND french vanilla. She must’ve not caught when I said french vanilla because it wasnt there on the order summary at the back, the whipped cream was though so I asked and got it, then i went up to the counter again to ask if they can put French vanilla, i paid the price and she proceeds to pump 5-6 shots of french vanilla. It was WAY too sweet and my friend ordered an iced coffee and they gave her too much cream. We LOVE dunkin, my order is something i always get perfectly at other locations, this was extremely disappointing!! There was no one in it either so even if they did rush there was no reason to..

I dont have much problems here, the service is… fast I guess? Flavor is general so its hard to put comment about it, but the staff did follow the order. I advise you to order it from the apps because the employees seem slow and … sometime confused. Good thing is its spacious so you can have more space to stand or talk or catch up with friends.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in New York City the women back there are rude they say racist things to you they laugh at you when you have a complaint you purchase the food and you open it there in front of them to show them this is not what you ordered and they say too bad this is what we make and we're not gonna return it we're not gonna make you a new one and we're not gonna give you a refund too badd. If I were you anyone else I would stay clear of this Dunkin' Donuts location is should have been my Q how little foot traffic the store receives I was here a couple of times and there's no one ever in the store yeah people know this is a terrible Dunkin' Donuts I should have been able to read the room. Constantly have to order my food 20 mins earlier due to the fact that there’s only one worker. The store opens at 5 am and by the time I arrive (which is around 5:30am) the door is locked . The worker leaves customers waiting outside in the cold and acknowledges that people are outside.

I hate this Dunkin the manager tells me we don’t have mini bagels so I asked if I can get a refund and she said no mobile is different from the register so I ask for the manager she tells me he will be right with me so then I ask if he is here right now then she tells me I am the manager I believe her name was Hababa so I was like okay so why can’t you just give me a refund you go to Starbucks they give you a refund she tells me I can get a bagel I said no I don’t want that so I ended up getting an orange juice so she slams my hash browns like here is your hash browns while she rolls her eyes at me continuously. After this experience I will not be returning here and will just stick to Starbucks or another Dunkin location

I place my order on the app 5:50 am because they said they where open I come here and they are close I call them at 7 to make sure they open and the girl there hung up on me. This is why I always walk to Starbucks they have better service there and always on time when they open.
