This is my local Dunkin’ Donuts, and will never return. Twice my large coffee was disgusting I had to throw it out it had such a bad aftertaste I’m not sure what it is but I could not drink it The refresher I add sparkling water to ALWAYS taste flat and to top it off I ordered a doughnut on my way home from work. It was only about 6 PM it was hard. The next day I went back and stopped in nd told the cashier about it he apologize about and said the donuts today are better and not hard. I will never return to this location again.

What has happened to this Dunkin’ Donuts location?! There are never any new coffee or Coolatta flavors it’s the same, boring options every time. The worst part? The staff are often just standing around chatting during the morning rush! It’s frustrating when customers are waiting in line and no sense of urgency is shown. I will say this: the women working there are usually pleasant and courteous they’re the only reason I still come here occasionally. But overall, this location is getting worse, not better. Dunkin’ corporate really needs to step in and take a serious look at what’s going on at this site. Harlem deserves better service. To everyone reading this: if a business is giving poor service, especially in our neighborhoods, stop supporting them. Either demand better or take your money elsewhere. We deserve more.

the manager had a nasty attitude even to the kids there . i wanted a matcha with strawberry syrup and she’s upset that i wanted oat milk and she had to remake it 2 times because she added too much syrup and told me i had to drink it. do your job and stop having a attitude
Omg you need to get rid of the man sitting outside your front door. Who is he, anyway? Is he an official employee or what? Do something immediately and remove him from there. He’s acting irrationally and completely ruins any desire to come inside.

Prices are extraordinary there , have to stop going there the other day I went there for the last time one of the employees decided they're going to get on their telephone while they making my food I just had to get a refund and they had no concern and they don't have any care I'll never go back to that place
