Third and final time trying this spot. Every time I have, it was out of desperation. The staff doesn't understand English so it's a complete wild card as to if they'll understand your order and input it properly. If they do, it'll take 15 minutes for a simple one-item order. Every single time though, they got my order wrong. And I didn't try to get anything complex, literally just read one basic item off the menu, and they still can't get it right. Next time, I go to Wonder or Starbucks instead 👌

This is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever visited in my life. They’re never happy to see customers, No matter what you ask, they say no or sigh and act like you’re a burden. I have been forced to use this Duncan for at least 15 years and I genuinely will walk 10 blocks out of my way if there’s another one open.

Every woman behind the register is rude and unwelcoming. I have came in plenty of times saying good morning and they just stare at you. I also had an issue with my Dunkin App and noone behind the counter can help me use the points for the meal I wanted. They will remain in business because of the location and traffic, however, if you see a comment below about the service or unpleasant attitude...believe it

Let's be honest, this ain't 5 star dining. If you're looking for a Michelin, that says much more about You than this establishment.

You're looking for a modicum of predictability while they overcharge you for almond milk and underpay their employees.

And you're in luck!

Consistent! Overpriced for what it is! Saccharine! Savory foods in Incredibly small portions!

But the donut holes are good and you can buy bulk coffee.

10/10, you're coming back.

They are so rude here it’s not even funny. Lines are super long. Staff acts like they’re annoyed when you speak to them. You have to beg for extra condiments regardless of what you order. They make slick comments when they don’t like what you’ve asked

Everything service, and quality wise was fantastic, however I’m compelled to give this Dunkin’ a 1 star review after noticing they only have plastic straws! Not even a paper straw as an option for those who opt into saving the turtles. Shame.

I don’t understand how I place my order 20 mins early and I get here and my food still isn’t ready. The best part is all the staff is hanging around on their phone. There’s one person making drinks and one making food and it’s like if you need help then ask. There wasn’t many people in here when I got here maybe only 3

I ordered a matcha latte and a donut and they somehow gave me an iced coffee with no donut lol. The dude laughed about it and didn't apologize, which irked me more, but they corrected my order quickly. If you visit, just check what they give you before leaving, even on slow times. They may also substitute food without asking, so just be aware.

Every time I order my coffee with lots of cream there seems to be such a sarcastic discussion about it. The heavy woman behind the counter talks about you while looking right in your face. As a result they lost a regular customer and will loose more. I suggest learning professionalism and make the orders with no personal opinion as people are paying to get what they requested.
