Extremely slow, disorganized and seemingly rude. The location feels dirty and when you walk in you are looked at in away that makes you feel like you are an inconvenience.

I’ve only ever done an occasional mobile order here, and haven’t had any issues. That being said, the store itself is nothing special, it’s pretty much a takeout location (no chairs inside) that’s located by the C train.

Im giving this place a 1 star rating but it really deserves a ZERO. The manager on duty 9/28/2024 was very unprofessional. I wanted to redeem my app rewards in person and he was no help. He said he couldn't help me. I finally figured how to do it online and purchased a hot cup of coffee. Did not receive a sleeve or cup carrier. So I am burning my hands all the way home. This manager needs to be properly trained on how to treat customers & staff. It seems that there's a hostile work environment as well.
