Im giving this place a 1 star rating but it really deserves a ZERO. The manager on duty 9/28/2024 was very unprofessional. I wanted to redeem my app rewards in person and he was no help. He said he couldn't help me. I finally figured how to do it online and purchased a hot cup of coffee. Did not receive a sleeve or cup carrier. So I am burning my hands all the way home. This manager needs to be properly trained on how to treat customers & staff. It seems that there's a hostile work environment as well.

It was really nice to be back in the old neighborhood and to get coffee from my favorite place. It was great. The employees were really nice. Visit and enjoy
One of the employees was quite unprofessional. When I entered the store I had a question about ice cream. Then was prepared to place my order. Instead of taking my order he continued to sweep the floor. Then when I asked to speak to the manager he abruptly stopped cleaning and took my order. The manager needs to train their team on customer service.

It is an excellent place to talk, and outside this cafe there is a park to talk and walk your pet and below a park for the children, and above is the public bathrooms. It is a good place to play, with your children and of course a good coffee and juices and ice cream.
