They move super slowly here. The presence of customers or mobile orders doesn't interrupt personal conversations between staff or whatever is going on in the back. And as the prices of their drinks go up, the accuracy of their preparation goes down. Skip this location and walk down the hill to Broadway or over to 155.

Okay I’ve got to give this negative review because these things keep happening. It Makes no sense that during the morning rush hour when people are in a hurry for work, there’s only one person attending to customers here. She would take the order and go get the food ready before attending to the next person. Meanwhile there’s a long line of people waiting. And of course the customer service is horrible. Sometimes you are standing there and the person is pressing her phone for a full 45 seconds before raising her head to attend to you.

Every time I order coffee with oat milk they always use whole milk instead. I pay more for oat milk so why use whole milk?!I wouldn’t advise anyone lactose intolerance ordering from this store.

This dunkin is garbage. The quality of their drinks is always off and there are always bums hanging in / around the small location. They leave your mobile order drink right out there unattended where anyone can tamper with your drink or just plain steal it (They've had to remake my drink more than 1x from it being stolen)This location is supposed to be open at 5 am. I made an order today at 5:30 - the app and google said the location was open. I went over there and no one is inside and the gates are up so I can see inside the empty store. I waited for an hr and still no one is there after taking my money via the app and I still dont have what I paid for. Its 6:30 atm btw. Not exactly speedy / order ahead and itll be ready when you get there like service as promoted.
The young man who attended me Arpan, a very kind, respectful and patient young man. I didn't know what to order and he patiently gave me recommendations. He made me the best CAPPUCCINO that I had in Dunking.???Thanks Arpan

Nice kosher Dunkin’ Donuts but they need to update their Uber eats menu. It is the non kosher Dunkin’ menu on Uber eats which means it is not very useful as the items available are different
