I ordered multigrain oatmeal and two ladies were not able to figure out what it was. After a few minutes waiting they found a cup of oatmeal and gave it to me without adding water. Ok, probably it's ok. The tables were dirty. While we were eating the lady with a scarf on her head came to our table and started checking the bags with sandwiches without our permission we were shocked and asked what was she doing???? this dunkin is maybe fifty steps from my front door so i was patient, but it's been open for a long time now so i'm done making excuses, the service is very very very bad, i feel like i come home with a story every time i go in, today's story: i order a hot coffee with cream and sugar (this must be one of the most common orders at dunkins nationwide), i stand in the pickup area waiting for a while (more than 5 mins but less than 10 mins) considering the simplicity...read full review

I have gone to this Dunkin twice, the first time I got a soggy bagel that was inedible, the second time I asked for salted caramel hot chocolate and was given gingerbread hot chocolate. Will go out of my way next time to go to a different Dunkin in the area.
