Place was nasty !!!!! Not clean, one of the ladies was handling cash with gloves on and used those same gloves to handle people's food. When I asked her to change her gloves and request she make the hash brown over because she touched them with those same gloves. Just nasty

Go to any other dunkin nearby.
They gave me the wrong donut and the wrong drink.
They argued that both were correct, and eventually replaced the donut... by putting the one they gave me back on the display. That's not sanitary.
I paid extra for coffee milk and light ice, they gave me neither. And would not give me my receipt when asked.

Terrible service, I ordered a strawberry colada, then they told me that they ran out of strawberries and instead of giving me my money back they gave me something similar but it was definitely not strawberry. I may not be American but if I pay for a product I deserve to be given what I ask for.

Placed a mobile collection order via the app, gave them 15 mins before arriving, arrived and there was no one behind the counter, waited two minutes and I could hear people in the back talking so called out for them and they came out, showed them my order number and they hadn’t even started making it….no apology. Nothing, started making it while watching a video on their phone. Walked out without taking it

Employee at food station of the dunkin was throwing garbage goods In garbage can and not changing gloves between sandwiches and bagels including mine. I just threw the bagel oit and wemt somewhere else. .i told the worker about the way he was working and even pointed out the full box of gloves in front of him at his station. Recommend you watch who makes your breakfast here at this location very unsanitary and a big D.O.H violation. Be safe out there yall ?
