ON NOVEMBER 22ND, I ORDER A BAG OF PACKAGED COFFEE ONLINE. WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP I WAS INFORMED BY THE INCOMPETENT WORKER AT THE COUNTER THAT THEY DIDN'T CARRY IT. WHEN I ASKED HER WHAT WAS THE COURSE OF ACTION, SHE LOOKED AT ME AS IF I HAD 3 HEADS.
THE VERY NEXT DAY, I ORDERED A COFFEE AT 5:36 AM. THE LOCATION IS SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN AT 5:30 AM. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY COFFEE, IT WAS CLOSED. I WAITED UNTIL AFTER 6 AM AND NO ONE SHOWED UP.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AT DUNKIN HQ ISN'T MUCH BETTER. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS SAYING I WANT REFUNDS ON MY ORDERS TO NO AVAIL. JUST ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The quality of food is so bad here, old and very likely made me sick. Coffee is weak. Hashbrowns have a weird chemical rancid taste. Dunkin’ Donuts literally provides the food and tells you exactly how to make it and store it. It takes a special kind of not caring to mess that up.
The turnaround time is quick however.

I definitely ordered a large decaf coffee with lite ice and i got it caffeinated. I went back in to ask “Is this decaf i have heart problems i cannot have it if its caffeinated” because i noticed there was no ‘decaf’ on the label. The woman at the counter said it is decaf and she made the drink so i did not question her. I drunk the whole coffee then i almost passed out from my heart rate being high, i had an anxiety attack and vomited. It’s not even like i asked for a lot all i wanted was decaf because of my heart :(

Service is what brings me here. Slow, rude and unprofessional, antagonizing bad attitude. I think she was annoyed because I repeated my order..Added, loud and Inappropriate conversation with a friend who she took the longest to serve. I waited 20 minutes for an english muffin with egg. One person ahead of me, her and the loud friend.
I asked to have the English muffin toasted twice. I guess she didn’t feel like doing that either. I watched… she didn’t do it. I didn’t bother to say anything just took my sandwich and left. She should be retrained or not have a position in service
Pretty small in there. Good for grabbing a coffee and going.

Place was nasty !!!!! Not clean, one of the ladies was handling cash with gloves on and used those same gloves to handle people's food. When I asked her to change her gloves and request she make the hash brown over because she touched them with those same gloves. Just nasty
