Half of the staff don’t work, literally they’re just watching the line accumulate. I really hope Management will read this and replace half their staff so that when their place gets so busy that they will have a full team that can actually jump in into the hard work. Right now they have only one hard-working person into people that are just waiting around. They need a full team of people that will jump into barista positions too shorten the line if they need to.

This Dunkin’ is absolutely horrendous. These people act so clueless they even screw up Mobile Orders. I had to wait 20 mins to get my order despite me ordering ahead of time and I almost ended up being late to where I had to go. These people are so slow and careless it’s very apparent, it had to take me to tell them what my order was for them to start it. And when I say my name for the order and even spelling it out they pick up the most random things. This place either needs to be shut down or find new staff who know what they are doing.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever they get my order wrong like every other day and the workers there are all slow and don’t know what they’re doing. Even when you do a mobile order they will still get it wrong when it’s literally written down it’s like then don’t know how to read and you still have to wait like 10 minutes so what is the point of doing a mobile order in the first place? They need new staff members, ones that are actually smart because this is honestly ridiculous. I wish I could go to a different location but this is the only one closest to me.

Always late with drinks, they hide drinks behind their counter and you’ll be waiting for over 10 minutes and they’ll just stare at you as you wait by mobile order. ???? I ordered a medium hot coffee and waiting over 25 minutes before i started unfortunately putting on my best Karen display because what?? They have my cup standing Across and have done nothing with it. Terrible. The old dunkin used to be way better and way more efficient. Fire every single one of the people in this store.

If I could give a Zero for this location, I would. The location is a long, thin space, with no seating, and the service counters are at the back, so ypu are squished in while you're queuing and waiting. And boy, did we wait. The lady on the counter didn't understand our question (what's inside the Bavarian cream?) And re-read our order back to us wrong, twice. Honestly, at that point, we should have left. One cold brew and one latte took 12 minutes, because she was talking to another person behind the counter about some bagged take out orders, and kept wandering around, backwards and forwards between him and the drinks and the 3rd person working. The drinks were meh, the pumpkin latte esp was not pleasant at all. That's not their fault, that's the brand standard. The doughnuts were heavy and felt a bit stale, again the pumpkin seems to have fared the worst. The French crueller was OK, the best was the strawberry glazed. We won't go back. There is a Donut Plant a block away, and another bakery isn't far, and either of those are worth the extra dollars and a couple minutes walk

Asked for more ice cream and the employee said "I’m the one who works here and you do not, you get the amount you get, deal with it". Very rude attitude and zero care for customer experience.

This place has gone DOWNHILL. Just tried to go in and theres a man literally smoking a cigarette inside of the building manning the door. Manager did absolutely nothing!!! Also one time I went the manager (male) was literally screaming and berating a worker (female) right in front of me and another customer. It was so bad the other customer (male) had to tell the manager to stop. Vile and disgusting . Will not be returning to this location
