Was there on 12/28/24 around 7:45 am. The place is not very clean, the shelves of donuts were just about empty, and the my order was wrong. The lady who took my order didn’t seem interested at all to he there and she got my order completely wrong but by then I was already at work and couldn’t return it. I’m sure they’re overworked and underpaid. I will never be returning. And they allow homeless people to sit and stink up the place. Very unsanitary!

I hate coming to this location!! The Indian ladies that work there are the worst!! Always adding stuff to my latte when I tell them everyday not to. They give so much attitude as if I owe them something, they start to take your order don’t even let you finish and jump to the next guest and it’s not even busy for that. One of their names are MILLY .. talk to your team. As a manager I couldn’t have them or that attitude in the store.

First of all I walked in the the girl behind the register was too busy to take my order since she was engaged in a conversation with the previous customer. So I asked the other girl standing there looking at me if she was open since she was standing at as register. She shook her head no. Then she's like what do you need? I said a sandwich. She reluctantly took my order but failed to greet me.
After waiting forever to get my food which the lady in the back burned! When I got to work to eat it.... Yuck! It tastes like freezer burned nastiness. This is the worst experience I've ever had at Dunkin. Do not Go there!! Run. Save yourself and your money. I'm out almost $7.

The staff here is so unprofessional…! I just ordered 2pcs mini bagels nd in-front of me she took bagel from the bag which is all ready prepared for somebody else….! I mean seriously so I would suggest Dnt expect fresh things from here…! Just bcoz she warm same mini bagel twice (maybe more than twice who knows )the quality was so worst…!Even she didn’t change the bag she just put my name sticker on that. I won’t prefer this Dunkin’ Donuts ever…!

Worst inexperience customer service on cashier by some Indian or Bengali lady,When I asked her do you have banana chocolate chip bread, she looked at me like she’s mad at me and took 10 seconds to say No. no one wants to start a day with that service
Saturday afternoon about 1pm, I had a extremely unpleasant experience with the cashier who is in her mid 50's. She might be of Indian decent When I get to my turn to order. She mumbled, ' It's a guy.,' Why does it matter? If I am a transgender or not. She greeted every single customers after me with a "Hi' She is disgusting and bigot.

The service was horrible. Little to nobody yet I had to wait almost 20 minutes for drink because they kept making drinks for other people that were not in there instead of prioritizing the customers in there. Also this the most overpriced

I went in to purchase a Chai Latte and coffee at the 544 Sixth Avenue location. First of all, the place was dirty. Second,’the two only girls that were in the shop were rude. My mom asked for a coffee not too light. She got the whitest coffee. She asked for them to add more black coffee, the girl walked away and came back with a black coffee with cream on the side with a bit of attitude as if “make it yourself. They spent way too much time giggling and making jokes instead of professionally tending to customers. As we sad to drink the watered down coffees, a gentleman entered the store. The two girls both disappeared for a few minutes while the gentleman called out several times “is anyone back there? You have a customer here”. After more than 5 Minutes, one the girls comes out and rudely tells the man “are you yelling? You have to wait”. The man responded “well there was no one here.”. She then repeats “well you need to wait sir.” Why did he need to wait? I was surprised that he didn’t walk out. Then again the two left the store and one watched while the other went to go to a coffee shop next door. Meanwhile another customer walked in and the worker just watched the customer from outside as she waited and waited for her coworker to make her purchase . As we walked out, we alerted the customer she will needs wait as the employees were too busy outside to tend to her. Now tell me how unprofessional are they?!!! I will most definitely never set foot back in that location. .

This is just an OK Dunkin - I always feel like the place could be a bit cleaner, the food could be a bit fresher. I don't get the feeling that employees particularly care one way or another. Also, they don't make certain drinks as well as the store on 14th near 5th, so we usually go to that one.
