Ordered hot cappuccino here a couple of times and noticed that they don’t fill the cup despite telling them to ensure it is full.

This is a pretty clean Dunkin, and it seems newer so that’s nice. I ordered the $6 meal deal this morning and only received 2 hashbrowns when it comes with a 6 piece. I understand mistakes happen, so I’m down to try this place again but just wasn’t very pleased and my hashbrowns are usually my favorite part of breakfast. I would also add a condiment counter for your customers.

No English spoken by servers at desk. Only in their own language they cant even take an order correctly. No restrooms for customers. Place is filthy inside the staff just bad.

1st time visiting the store because I was in the area. I did an order pickup for me and my boyfriend. We asked for jelly condiments, and ladies working there said they charge for jelly. Lol, last time visiting!

1. Needs diversity4 females in the front at registers talking in a foreign language wouldn't take orders wouldn't answer questions wouldn't acknowledge customers. They were too busy socializing like children on the playground. In their country being ignorant or arrogant or racist or nationalistic may be ok but we Americans in America expect service. We expect people to work when they come to work and leave their country and it's ways behind. When we walk in a national American brand we expect American values with an American standard of service. Too many of one kind anywhere is a breeding ground for deviation from training and policy. Diversify the staff or watch the place close down. After all I was the only customer in there and that should have been a hint to run.2. Needs fresh donutsMy donut was hard and tasted old and crusty at 10am. Why is that? It was Bavarian cream! And why don't you people sell lemon? Why?3. My coffee was Luke warm.It is a coffee shop. Why would you sell almost cold coffee? Fire them all. They suck. As for me. I won't be back.
