Terrible service. I had a gift card and it wasn’t working at first. I could’ve understand the cashier and he yelled NO GOOD. Of course when he entered the numbers it worked but yeah.. no. Starbucks would never. The price is really the similar so why come here?

Good to find open at 6am for donuts. Was a bit surprised the variety to pick from was small and the donuts were ok.

They advertise their opening hours and never open on time. Why are we allowed to order online but have too wait so long for them to even open their doors.

Then when do they do open, instead of immediately taking care of the mobile order placed 15-20 minutes before they take all the walk ins first.

Also there is ample space for more tables and chair but they keep it sparse. So many people end up leaving and having to eat their meals in the street.

If they’re not prepared to open at that time they shouldn’t say they’re open at that time.

DONT GO TO THAT DUNKIN DONUTS.! The service is beyond horrible, the employees have a really nasty attitude and they don’t fulfill customers needs. Was given the bare minimum and not what I paid for, then disrespected when I asked about it all though it already charged. Was charged more than I was supposed to and wasn’t given refund. Her employee number ID is 761233 and her name is sultana, and the man working there preparing drinks is really disgusting towards people.

Every Dunkin I've been in over the last few years has got progressively worse, the coffee is garbage, the quality of the breakfast sandwiches they offer are on par with those you would find in any vending machine, it's a shame because it used to be a good spot, prime example of corporate greed taking the wheel and leaving quality on the side of the road.

The Male working was mopping the floors and counters, and he proceeded to process my order without washing his hands. I brought it to his attention, and he asked what's the problem and continued to make the order. I requested a refund.

This is a pretty clean Dunkin, and it seems newer so that’s nice. I ordered the $6 meal deal this morning and only received 2 hashbrowns when it comes with a 6 piece. I understand mistakes happen, so I’m down to try this place again but just wasn’t very pleased and my hashbrowns are usually my favorite part of breakfast. I would also add a condiment counter for your customers.
