I wish a had taken a picture beforehand (I didn't plan on writing a review). But I just wanted to point out that your experience really depends on the server. Yesterday, my small iced coffee with extra skim milk was great, not watery, since it wasn't over iced and they server was so kind and attentive, Her name was Tanzina I believe from the receipt. She was asked if my order looked fine with that amount of milk and I was pleased. BUT TODAY.. different story, the server...

When they get the mobile order right, it's typical Dunkin'. However, there have been a few times when I've gotten a toasted bagel when I didn't want it to be, or they give me cream cheese instead of butter. It's been improving the past few months, though.
