Not a great location. Employees are unhelpful at best, and straight up rude at worst. Also they rip you off with how they make drinks. I watched them make an iced coffee with oat milk....they filled it 3/4 of the way with oat milk and threw the tiniest splash of iced coffee on top. Go to literally any other location if you can help it.

workers are very rude and impatient. they will talk about you in your face thinking you don’t speak their language (i do). i worked customer service before, feel free to talk smack about your customers but don’t make it so obvious.

I don’t know why I continue going to this Dunkin. It’s just terrible. Milk if left out all the time in warm environment. In addition to this today I ordered a croissant with cheese and bacon. The girl hands me my food and tells me she doesn’t have croissant so she gave me a plain bagel. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted a different type of bread. I don’t like their hard bagels. If she would have told me they didn’t have croissants I wouldn’t have ordered anything but it was the lack of communication that upsets me. She couldn’t even ask if I wanted something else
